These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Freslist (the “App”), developed by OP Apps Studio. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
Freslist is a simple tool for creating, organizing, and managing shopping lists. The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes and does not provide purchasing, delivery, or professional advisory services.
2. General Conditions of Use
You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for having a compatible device and, where applicable, Internet access and a valid account with the store from which you obtained the App.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the App for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt unauthorized access to systems or services, or to interfere with the App's normal operation. You must not decompile, modify, or distribute unauthorized copies of the App except where expressly permitted by law.
4. User-Entered Content
You are responsible for the text, lists, and other information you enter into the App and for keeping backups when you consider them necessary. You must not enter unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights. Shopping lists are stored locally on your device as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and Operation
We aim to keep Freslist working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be entirely error-free. Operation may be affected by updates, maintenance, device compatibility, Internet connectivity, or third-party services. We may suspend or withdraw features when reasonably necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OP Apps Studio will not be liable for indirect damage or loss arising from misuse of the App, information entered by the user, device failures, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or the mandatory rights of consumers.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, name, logos, and other proprietary elements are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws and belong to OP Apps Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App in accordance with these terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to services provided by third parties, such as an app store, advertising services, or payment platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. OP Apps Studio does not control their availability or decisions, without prejudice to any liability imposed by law.
9. Advertising
Freslist may display advertising through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process certain device and App usage data under their own policies and the consent choices made available to you. Please read the Freslist Privacy Policy for more information.
10. In-App Purchases
Freslist may offer optional in-app purchases in the future, such as removing advertisements. The price, terms, and availability will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Billing, payment management, and any applicable refunds will be handled through the app store under its rules, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
11. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update, change, or withdraw App features to improve the App, maintain security, or adapt to technical or legal changes. We may also revise these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Where the law requires express acceptance of a change, we will request it before the change applies.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you use the App as a consumer, you retain the protection of any mandatory rules in your place of residence and may bring a claim before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
